Construction disputes rarely arrive in a single form. Roger represents clients across CIPAA adjudication, arbitration, civil litigation, injunction applications and enforcement proceedings, often across multiple fronts on the same matter.
Roger got his Malaysian Bar since 2008 and an AIAC-accredited adjudicator. He finished eighth out of 56 teams in the Sepang S1000 Endurance Race, which tells you something about how he approaches a long contest.
