Nearly two decades of experience in construction dispute resolution in Malaysia. Andrew’s practice spans the full project lifecycle, from contract drafting through adjudication, litigation, arbitration and mediation. In addition to acting as counsel, he accepts appointments as arbitrator and adjudicator. He is also developing the firm’s ESG practice.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Andrew is empanelled with the AIAC, BICAM and MIMC. He contributes to the Malaysia chapters of GAR Know-how: Construction Arbitration, GAR Know-how: Commercial Arbitration and Lexology In-Depth: Construction Disputes.
