Construction disputes require someone who understands the work, not just the law. Atiqah joined ZMM’s Construction & Energy team and has already co-authored the Malaysia chapters for both the GAR Construction Arbitration guide and Lexology In-Depth (2025 editions) the same publications Andrew Heng contributes to, now bearing her name alongside his. That is not a credential to note at the end of a profile. It is the point. 

Her practice spans construction and energy disputes, general litigation and industrial relations work and she is working towards qualification as an accredited adjudicator. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2022 and has been at ZMM since. During her school and university years she played Gamelan competitively, an instrument that rewards precision, timing and ensemble thinking. The same qualities, in a different setting.
