Rohaiza built her practice over more than three decades in corporate advisory, banking and conveyancing, acting for clients ranging from a sovereign fund to a Tier 1 developer and a highway concessionaire.

Early in her career she advised the then Capital Issues Committee, the precursor to the Securities Commission, on matters concerning the local and offshore unit trust industry.

She spent fifteen years as Senior Equity Partner of Messrs Azwar & Associates, co-managing a practice with over RM5 million in annual revenue and a 25-member team of lawyers and staff.

Rohaiza currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Chairperson of Empire Premium Food Berhad and holds independent directorships at Poh Kong Holdings Berhad, Tong Herr Resources Berhad and U Mobile Holdings Berhad, the last en route to a Main Market listing in 2026. She joined ZMM in 2026. Rohaiza graduated with an LLB (Honours) from Universiti Malaya in 1990 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1991. She is a Chartered Audit Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia.
